1. Take a warm bath for a few minutes. If using Moroccan black soap, apply and rinse it off first.
2. Wet and squeeze the mitt, then glide it over the body with gentle, even strokes. Avoid vigorous rubbing, the face and irritated areas.
3. Rinse your skin and the mitt after use. Leave the mitt to dry in a well-ventilated place.

For external use only. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Try it gently on a small area first, and avoid daily exfoliation.
